The 1.4 version of the mobile application named Coordinate Transformator, which was published on Google Play for Android devices in March 2019, which allows the rapid conversion of EPSG codes and the coordinates of different coordinate reference systems using epsg.io web services, was released.

This version of the application was completely coded from scratch using React Native by Computer Engineering senior student Enes AKIN. The application allows conversion between more than 7000 current coordinate reference systems offered by EPSG and supported by epsg.io. With this version, users can save point, create project file, access a previously created project file again, share saved points directly, save the saved project file as point/line/polygon in .kml/GeoJson/csv/text, in addition to the features offered in the current application. They will also be able to quickly and easily perform operations such as sharing directly in different formats and viewing them on the map.

We named this version of the application BOZKURT in order to draw attention to the recent disasters such as fire and flood in our country and to share even a little bit of suffering. We hope and wish that such suffering does not happen again.

You can access the Android version of the application by clicking here.
